After 12 years in leadership roles within local self-government and state institutions, I have been dedicating the past 9 years to enhancing Ukrainian territorial communities. My focus is on economic development, fostering business-friendly and corruption-free environments, strategic planning for community development, transparent and accountable local self-governance, improving administrative services, digitalization, and promoting participatory democracy, municipal communications and public engagement.
I have worked on more than 30 projects, successfully collaborating on a long-term or one-time basis with international, national, regional, and local organizations, projects, and programs. My experience includes working in teams, engaging multiple actors (regional and local public authorities, local self-government, civil society organizations, international development partners, private sector, citizens, and media), as well as providing individual expertise, consultation, and training services.
